Vaporizer
The vaporizer converts liquid LP gas into LP vapor. Factory installed when a liquid heater is ordered, the vaporizer may also be purchased separately to convert existing vapor heaters.
HI-LO Fire
Available only on DX Series direct ignition heaters, the HI-LO Fire option uses a second valve to maintain a low flame at all times, while the standard solenoid valve cycles the high flame on and off in response to a thermostat. Used in extremely cold or humid environments, the HI-LO Fire provides an efficient solution to many drying problems. HI-LO Fire is available only as a factory installed options and includes Model TT-100 Dual temperature Control.

MODULATING GAS VALVE
All CECO heaters may be ordered with a factory-installed modulating valve, which maintains a constant temperature in the plenum by adjusting (modulating) the flow of gas to the burner. A large sensing bulb is placed in the bin plenum and connects to the valve with an armored capillary tube. Once set, the heater maintains the selected air temperature regardless of ambient conditions. Back-up temperature control recommended for safety.

Gas Line Strainer, for LP Vapor heaters. 3/8" line connections. Line strainers are standard on LP Liquid and Natural Gas heaters. Order this extra-cost option to add protection against foreign matter in LP Vapor supplies.
